What’s the Difference Between Standard and Deep Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning is designed for routine upkeep in homes that are already generally maintained. Deep Cleaning includes the Standard checklist plus additional detail work such as baseboards, door frames, vents, hard-water buildup, and cleaning under and behind accessible furniture. Many first-time clients choose a Deep Cleaning before moving to recurring Standard Cleaning.
Do I Need to Be Home During the Cleaning?
No. You’re welcome to provide entry instructions and go about your day. If you prefer to be home for the first visit to walk through your priorities with the team, that works too.
Do You Bring Your Own Supplies and Equipment?
Yes. We bring the standard cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you prefer that we use a specific product on certain surfaces, let us know in your request and have it available for the team.
Can I Skip or Reschedule a Visit?
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible when skipping or rescheduling a visit. Recurring service has no lock-in contract, so you can pause or stop future visits as needed.
